This wonderfully soft single-ply extra-fine 100% Merino wool yarn is produced in Uruguay by a small family-owned company. Working with a rural women's cooperative, the yarn is kettle-dyed to create rich earthy colors with subtle shadings and vibrant hues that transform any project. Malabrigo knits like butter and will transform your work into irresistible treasures. A slight thick-thin gives a handmade look, yet it is a strong and easy-to-knit yarn in a standard worsted weight gauge
Please be sure to purchase enough yarn for your project as dye lots may vary significantly. Even between skeins, we recommend feathering a few rows to blend the color changes.
