For weaving satisfaction, towels are the best. You can choose almost any weave structure and combine it with yarns that come in the largest range of colors available to handweavers: cotton, linen, and cottolin.

The many twill towels in this eBook are woven using a variety of treadling orders for different designs on the same threading. Two of the projects are in overshot—not the overshot borders of ages past, but stunning allover overshot patterning that invites experimentation with color and treadling orders. Included also are towels in huck lace and other spot weaves that create ideal textures for absorbency. And color abounds in all! Add this eBook to the four earlier Best of Handwoven eBooks of towel projects: Top Ten Towels on Four Shafts, Top Ten Towels on Eight Shafts, Winning Towels from Handwoven’s Towel Contest, and Top Ten Dish Towels on Four Shafts for a priceless collection of towels to weave.

All of Halcyon Yarn's ebooks, are printed in full color on acid-free coated stock, saddle-stitched and ready for immediate browsing and convenient posting next to your loom.
