An extension kit is available if you have an 8-shaft and want to add four more later.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe loom is made of lacquered beech wood, and includes a shelf and a built-in raddle. The loom is delivered partially assembled. The castle with shafts and lams is fully assembled. A stainless steel reed (40-10), 800, or 1200 Texsolv heddles (392 mm, depending on the weave width), lease sticks, and sixteen warp sticks are included. The shaft bars and lams can be adjusted exactly to height. You can easily put the Texsolv heddles under tension so that they do not shift or sag. The larger diameter beams allow more warp with fewer turns of the beam and are a larger diameter. This design also prevents you from inadvertently reattaching the shaft bars to the cords in the incorrect position. The shaft bars are also easier to reach due to smaller middle posts and modified main upright shaping. (There is an upgrade kit for Spring 1’s and Delta looms to allow older looms to upgrade to the click-lock system - part # WR0182). The shafts have more space for extra heddles.
